wheel studs keep breaking.

Back in Oct had 2 replace 3 wheel studs on rear passenger side, when I had the factory wheels. Then in Jan I put 22in rims on with new tires on my 04 explorer. In Mar I replaced 3 studs on front passenger side and got the hub replaced. Now I'm having to replace 3 studs on my front driver side. What do I do? Take off the rims or what other options do I have. The rims and tires were $1400. Kinda hard 2 chalk up a loss like that.

Replace all of the wheel stud bolts & lug nuts at the same time. Don't apply more than 100 Ft/Lbs to the lug nuts.

Use a torque wrench and tighten them down correctly to spec which is 100 ft lbs of torque.

are they hub-centric rims?

I will give it a try today. I believe they are hub centric, not completely sure tho. Should I replace all of the hubs as well?
