I'd snag that from a u-pull it junkyard....which reminds me, mine are torn, best add that to my list.

About $28 per side at the Ford dealer. The come with the fasteners.

I just left mine on the garage floor. Everytime we had a bad storm, the tires would smack the ice built up on them and i'd drag them all the way to work.

If anyone else wants some, I don't want mine. Although one (drivers side?) has a small tear.

Permatex black gasket maker works great for fixing tears in those flaps.

I just bought a set from Rockauto.com , they were like $7.50 per side. Just installed them last night. Fit perfect
