What model # and backspacing do they have? If you can add a link to the specific wheel itself that would help out greatly. All 15's are different, some have thicker walls than others which cause them to not clear the calipers as well as the backspacing being key too.

I know that with a 15" wheel you can only go as far as 4" backspacing.

This wheel/ tire calculator will help you figure out the backspacing and tire size differences...

Here's mine, their Cragar Soft 8's 15x8 with 4" bs from Summit Racing...

I don't think you'll be very happy with a 7" narrow wheel, an 8" wheel will give you more stability and better stance and look, JMO.

I got 17x8 Pro Comps for that price. For the price of tires go with 15s or 17s. 15s will be cheapest. 17s will cost about the same as for 16s and have a more options. 16s don't seem to be a popular wheel size for oversized tires and they tend to be more expensive.

Im not goin to throw huge tires on probly beefy A/t this is my dailyvdriver also.

I'd just recommend you check the difference in price between tires for 16" wheels and 17" wheels and then the difference in price between the actual wheels themselves. Either way, I think you're on the right Trac (bad pun intended).

I think I will go with 17s and less tire! Thanks for the help what back space should I look for with 17s...

Thanka for the help fellas, could u guys send me some links to rims 17x8 that are 100 or below a rim im havin trouble finding a good price and I want black

I'm thinking 4.5" will set them too far in and cause rubbing issues on the frame, sway bar and maybe the rear of the inner wheelwell.

For that style wheel, I'd go with what someone has already proven to work.

We know for sure that between 3.75" and 4.25" work. I was told 4.25" wouldn't work, though, but I'm hard headed and just gave it a shot.

Those wheels are sweet, good price too. Can u post a pic of ur st with them.. And the 4.25 has proven they work huh. Thanks foe the help!

Sure. Mine are 4.25" with 12.5" wide tires. Works for me.
