My 2001 Sport Trac was totaled a week ago...the wife and I are looking at used Explorers...we tow a Pop up trailer that is around 1000 to 1500 lbs...my question is what year explorer from 1997 thru 2000 should we consider...I had a 90 Ranger XLT that I traded for the Sport Trac...will the V6 160 Horsepower engine pull our trailer...we are looking for a 4x4 as well...
what year between 97-2000 is the best in your opinion...don't need leather as the dog would just think it's heaven...and full of rawhide....LOL...
