Will 2006 F-150 rims fit my 96 Explorer SPORT ?

Hello everyone ... my uncle bought some new rims for his F-150 I believe its a 2006 model or possibly 05 or 07 ... anyways he purchased new rims and stored the originals in his building. He gave the rims to me because he was going to throw them away and I am wondering if these 17 inch rims will fit my 96 Explorer which has factory 15 inch rims on it ok without being too wide. I don't want anything that is going to rub anywhere. Thanks for the replies in advance ... RSM

I beleive the F-150 is 5x5.5 and the Explorer is 5x4.5... Stic-o or someone with an F150 will chime in and confirm it.

No 04-10 F-150 & Expy are 6x135mm and 97-03 are 5x135mm.

As said above...they are 6 lug rims...and won't fit your Explorer.

6x5.5 is Chevy or yota patern. Zukman is running these spacers currently on his Ex.
