Will a 5.0 Alt work on a SOHC

I hope i searched enough to where this is not a question asked over an over. I didn't see anything about if a 5.0 alt can be put on a sohc. Mine is dieing and dieing fast!! I installed an electric fan an it has been dieing since. I just need a temp one untill i start work again next summer. I was thinking about this one on ebay.

Is there anything i need to do, should i put the pulley from my dead alt on the new one? Doesn't look like there will be any issues with wireing. Thanks again.
 












I've actually had to use a 5.0 alternator from Autozone and strauss. Its the only Alternator that would fit my 4.0 SOHC...
