I found a lift kit for cheap, it is used, but nothing is wrong with it. They guy just switched to SAS from TBB.

So it is a lift kit for a 91-94 Explorer. Includes Axle drop brackets, radius arm drop brackets, springs, shocks (will probably replace), and cam adjustment bolts, basically everything i would need up front, and i would build longer shackles for the back.

I know i can put the dana 35 from an explorer in the front of my BII, so when i do that will the lift kit fit also? i think it will but am hoping someone can confirm or deny this so i can go pick up these parts Friday.

Yes, the front suspension is the same, should work fine.
