windscreen washer jets adjustment

HI, does anyone know how to adjust windscreen washer jets? One is working fine, but passenger side one spraying cars standing behind me.

Is there anything in the "jet" - maybe there's some type of obstruction.

I checked one, nothing looks like obstructing it, it just sprays too high in my opinion, that’s why liquid doesn’t hit windscreen and it goes onto the roof and cars behind me

I have my OEM 1988 washer nozzle still sitting on the cowl of my 290K mile BII. I have used needles, toothpicks, and Q tips to aim and clean those suckers for years.

Dont be scared!
You can actually remove the sucker if you really want to clean it..
