Windshield wiper motor still not working!

I've replaced the fuse, multifunction switch and motor itself and it still only works on the highest mode! Any one that can help?

There are 2 wiper relays, you might try swapping them around with other relays of the same type.

I will try that and let you know if it works and if it does well it was probably for the best anyways my old motor was old and never got used and I'm moving to Washington on Monday so I'm gonna need them.

Isn't the GEM involved with the wiper function, among other things.

Worked! I feel stupid now but it doesn't hurt to have a new motor.
