Winter rims and tires

I'm going to install 265/70r16 winter tires on stock 2007 ranger alloy rims and put them on my 2003 Explorer Sport 4WD. Can I expect any issues with back spacing or rubbing?

Narrower tires tend to work better than wider ones for winter conditions. That being said, they should be fine.
