wiper washer pump not working

got a 91 ranger and the washer pump wont work hooked pump straight to battery to make sure it works and it works fine. But when i plug it back into my truck it dont work. The fuses are fine so im thinking its either part of the switch or the wiring between switch and pump gone bad please tell me what you think

As in Switch, do mean the multi function switch?

I have replaced the pump, 2 new relays and when i hit the button i am getting 12 volts to the connector, but when attached to the pump nothing...no noise nada....so when i connect the connector to the pump and run straight current from the battery it works fine.....could this be the MFS?
