Sync is in French

Hi -

I posted this on the Newbie forum as well, and just found this one.

I just purchased a 2010 Sport Trac (Adrenaline, not sure if that's pertinent, but figured it couldn't hurt), and the Sync system in the truck speaks French, and all the menus are in French, as well.

My question is, how do I get this switched to English? I took it to one of the Ford Dealerships in town, and stumped the Service Manager.

Other than signing up for Rosetta Stone, any suggestions?
