    So finally got around to retrofitting some morimoto matchbox projectors with 3k bulbs into my fog lights. I forgot to take before pics, but here are the results... ill post a how to write up in a few days.

    That is exactly what I want for our new Explorer. Was it difficult opening the foglights to fit the projector?

    Not at all these are not permasealed so they weren't that bad, just bake then and open up.

    The hardest part, but not difficult was aiming them. I marked the height points and then slid them out thehousing thru the font applied jb plastic weld, sliped them back in with a thick glove or towel holding themfrom the back and aimed them at the spots until the epoxy got hard enough. back about 10 minutes a piece

    Thank you for the information. When doing this mod do you end up losing that little bit of adjustment the housing already has? I'm not familiar with what is actually being adjusted by that blue wheel.

    Yeah, your going to have to completely gut the housing. So when you do the final adjustment withthe epoxy make sure it's hard enough to stay in place,then after its dried add more exopy for insurance then finally seal the whole back with silicone.
