Heated seats both broken

I have checked this out but havent found anything... 02 Limited... dont know what to do but they are both broken. can somebody help me out? thanks!

What do you mean by broken? They don't work I asume. A commncause for heated seats failure is the actual heating elements break from the constant flexing of people getting in and out of the seat. To really find out you'll ned a multi-meter and a witing diagram. You can check the resistance of the heating elements, if it shows an open circuit, the heating element is broken. Try it with someone sitting in the seat and without. I have seen where they'll work and heat up until someone sits in the seat.

well my passenger has been not heating up for a while and i wanted some help on how to fix it. i will check that out to see if its the element or just the wireing thanks!
