Torsion Twist???

I have a '99 explorer sport 4x4 and looking to lift at least 3". I heard that i could lift the front with a torsion twist 2" and leaf spring, and then the back with a suspension lift kit. Is this true? Also what exactly do i have to do for a torsion twist, just adjust the bolt?


ps - the explorer is all stock and i have no clue what im doing...
