Where is the horn located on a 1987 Aerostar?

My horn stopped sounding however I can hear the relay switch clicking upon depression of the center area of the steering column. I also checked the fuse and the cigarette lighter which is on the same circuit works just fine. I looked all over under the hood and even removed the front grill trying to locate the horn but I could not find it.
Anyone with any knowledge?

Welcome to this forum! It's under the hood on the lower front passenger's side. Check the contacts for corrosion.
