Yeah i want to know what kind of pressure u used to get the control arm down


yesterday i had the shocks off and tryed to see how far i could get it down not possible untill you take apart the whole thing

You need to undo the sway bar and the upper balljoint to move the lower control arm down enough.

No body lift might try and make new shock mounts and put king shocks
 












Im not to worried how im going to creat this but once i do ill post a pic's

youre not the only one whos confused.. arent 3rd gens using struts up front and not shocks? if it has a strut assembly how would you add a shock? im not too learned on 3rd gens so i might be wrong.
 






Ya, 3rd Gens are strut/coil assembly's at all 4 corners.

I think he wants to replace the factory strut/coil with King or Fox coilovers.
 












It's expensive but very possible.

Im sure king will make coilovers for the 3rd gens at no extra cost or very little, but your still looking at $800 a pair
