To buy or not to buy a 2010

I'm looking at buying a new one and I need to hurry because they're disappearing fast. Only a few 4x4s within a 100 miles. I've owned a 2001 and a 2003 and have been very pleased with both of them. In your opinion, is there any reason I shouldn't buy a 2010?

This was advertised as a Limited, but the tailgate badge doesn't say Limited and I don't have the V8 badges. Is this normal?

Not sure on the badges, they may have been deleted for model close-out at the plant for the 2010...

As far as the badges, Ford stopped putting the "Explorer" badges on the front doors and quit using "V8" badges on the V8 models for the 2009 model year. If I remember right, I read that they took the V8 emblems off of Explorers and the V6 emblems off of Escapes at the same time in an effort to remove the negative connotation associated with the larger engine's fuel consumption. Our 2009 Explorer with the V8 doesn't have badges. Not sure about the lack of "Limited" badging. I thought they still printed "Limited" under "Sport Trac" on the tailgate badge.

Thanks for the replies, all. This is my 3rd Sport Trac. Two weeks ago I bought a new Caddy but took it back because it just wasn't as comfortable as the Sport Trac.

Hey folks, got 2010 white, love it, but yearn for power...chips, air in and out? Been a diesel guy so I am refreshing my gas knowledge, just not enough power. Any buddy *****in about the sync? MIne I am told sounds like hell, mics. in dash on top?

I was debating on wether to buy a sport trac adrenalin and when I herd that they were changing the body style I acted fast. I wanted a pick up with car handeling and the 150 was too big, Ridgelines are ugly, nissan and toyota were just plain - So the Adrenalin was just what I was looking for and waiting till the end of the year helped lower the hefty price tag. Put on a hood scoop, rear camera from coastal, and a hitch step for the cars that like to play bumper truck. I fixed the only problem I have which was the stupid angle headrests. Here is a picture:
