well there's not enough room to fit my cb and make it flush, it's gonna stick out a couple inches but i checked it all out...it's not gonna be a problem...plus it's the only place i could find to mount it except for hanging from the overhead console...which i don't want

has anyone ever relocated the a/c controls before....i want to install a cb the only place i can find to fit it is where the a/c controls are...so does anybody know if the a/c has been relocated i'm looking to relocate to the glovebox...only thing that looks to be a problem is extending the...

hold up i know that explorers have open diffs up front but i thought they had limited slip diff.'s in the back

ok so i didn't see it when i looked down into it but when i got it off and got a flashlight behind irealized i had the same problem, there was a penny in there...problem solved now

ok so my seatbelts, they will click into the receiver but it's not firm at all...they will come out when i jsut lean forward to change the radio, it's not good!!!! has this ever happened? if so how do i fix it? or do i just need to buy a new buckle receiver?

so my bumpers are covered w/ rust...i know how i want to prevent rust (i'm planning on getting them proffesionally coated with three to four coats of truck bed liner) but i have to get rid of the current rust first...now i don't have a grinder or a welder but someone suggested sandblasting...

run the wires with the current wires that go back, the ones that go under the passenger side door, if you run the wires with those wires that are already there not only will it be easier to find but the wires will also be protected better

my front lights have their own power from the battery, their own switch and their own ground they are not affected by what is happening w/ the rest of the vehicle whatsoever

ok so i got to ride in a 2007 explorer today w/ the 10-way seats....oh my god!!!!!!! just amazing!!!!!!!! now for the question can i swap them into my 96 sport? are the bolt patterns the same...will they even fit as far as width goes? i didn't look at bolt patterns because i just thought...

alright i'll definitley move the relay and the fusebox to the hood probably on the firewall or something the front aux has no relay...they're just on a swithc...no relay i turn them on when i want them and off when i don't

diagrams ok this is a wiring diagram(ish) (more of a colorful semi-descriptive drawing) of how my wires will look when im done....the first pic is a general overview and the second one is an up-close of the center console....all the wiring will be together inside of conduit and hidden...

ok i am wiring up aux. backup lights I already know how i wanna do it but i have one problem...the relay...i am searching with a relay that has three prongs i want a relay that when it receives power from the stock reverse light wires, will complete the circuit and light the aux. reverse...

i just did this...used two coats one just as the bottle said rub on w/ a rag allow to get cloudy and then wipe off w/ clean rag then a second coat applying w/ a buffer and wiping off w/ clean rag...did it on headlights, corners, tail's, 3rd brake light, and emblems...let me just say...
