12v on both wires of injectors, but...

Your 94 is basically a 93
93 no EGR and no cam sensor, so late 93 build sold as a 94 model year.........at least here in the USA tha'ts how we roll not sure about Italy, maybe it took a few months to get it there on the boat :)

heated oxegen sensors blk/wht wire I had a question on taking the o2 sensors offline to test .... I bought some after market ones some years ago before a head job from the skematic above it shows them tied to the cam sensor any input on this ….im suffering from no throttle response ive replaced the cam sensor back probed it but maybe im not making a window

Finally i bought a new PCM... But nothing is changed.... So, now I'll restar all the tests:
1° test fuel pressure before fuel filter: it shows 30 psi until pump run, then it drops down at 25 psi (key in koeo position). After 20 minute it is 25 psi yet.
So (I think):
A) fuel pump is ok - infact it is new
B) fuel pressure regulator is ok (infact fuel line has still 25psi).
It's right?

had bad seal at fuel pump had 30 with key on as soon as I turned key off dropped to 20 never during run got to 45 prob 35 dropped tank changed fuel lines to nylon from doner trucks used new shark bites to join found some good looking braided ones for up at the engine holds pressure but still after 10 mins drops down to 30 might be cheap injector donuts or quick connects up at engine bay …..

Ok, I think I have found the problem: injectors works but four of them have filtres so dirty that they are blocked! Now they are cleaned, but I have a question: disassembling the injectors I found only four of those:

In a thread someone wrote it is correct, they are only noise insulators (Fuel Injector question)... But someother said every injector need it. So, have someone any idea.?

I find the code: FOTZ-9U550-A, but they are discontinued.... So, I have to trash my explorer for a 2 rubber rings :(? There is a solution? Perhaps it's better open a new thread....

Look elsewhere for the problem, because this is not it.
My 93 didn't have em they all split out when we changed the engine out. All they do is quiet the ticking of the injectors.

and backing up. 12v should be on both sides of injector. One side switches low via ECM to create the magnetic field for injector flow.

Now my explorer is ok (the problem was that the injectors worked but four of them had the filter so dirty that no fuel passed!). After rebuilding them, I noticed there aren't the two insulators, so I looked for them, but if they are only to silence the injectors.......

model and trim ? has got me confused gen 1 explorers don't have those they only have the donuts for the bottom and top

yeah, you are confused all right.

gen 1 does indeed have rubber sound isolators. You are thinking of the 2nd gen injector adapter sleeves, which are hard plastic of some type.
these are softer rubber material.
