You've got some fantastic advice in this thread. Basically you need a person who is familiar with Ford electronics, or read up on Forscan and become conversant yourself. It's quite a lot to learn but you either invest your time or you pay someone else. There's a huge community of people who have learned how to do this; it isn't difficult.
If you don't want to learn that, perhaps looking and posting on some Forscan forums can direct you to someone able to help. Ford auto electronics is a specific craft, and most "mechanics" shy away from learning about it because they either can't read, haven't read since they dropped out of high school or just aren't interested. Find someone who likes this work and they will solve your problem quite easily.
Please don't buy a harness. There's no water wrapped in those wires.
