2000 Ranger Axle help

I hav a 2000 Ranger 4x4 5 speed, I was putting manual hubs on yesterday to replace the vacuum hubs but i looked at the end of my axle when i took my driver side hub out and the split ring, and clip { Not completely sure what all was supposed to be on the axle end} and they were broke, one of the rings was made of nylon or sumthin it wasnt metal..Can anyone tell me the rings and stuff I need to buy to put on the end of my axle and possible where to get em..Any helps appreciated

You will need to go to a dealer to get the snap rings for the axles. They are a teflon ring with a metal spring on them.

The axle ends should look like this but you should have a black hub that snaps over them (PVH hub assembly)

i was gona call 2m since advance couldnt get em for me but ima put the manual hubs on instead cas the vacuum hubs suck, from my experience..But thanx again this sites the only one I have had a answer from and actually showed a pic thanx man
