Go to Advance or find anybody that carries dynomax systems. Dynomax makes a 2.5" tailpipe that is mandrel bent with a nice stainless tip on the end for about $105. They only list it for the SOHC or the 5.0, but they are the same as the OHV, doesn't matter if its 2 or 4 door. I went ahead and looked the part number up for you, its 46909. Its got all the factory hanger mounts on it. Though when I installed one on my 98 sport, I had to move the last hanger by the spare from inside the framerail, to outside the framerail, there where to mounting points on my frame for that exhaust hanger. Its a quality piece, but like I said, its a bit pricey, but you can probably have a good shop make one up for you for a good bit less.

I got mine custom bent for not a lot of money.
Looks great, zero leaks

I just got this pipe for my new flowmaster 70 (a lot of places will tell you this might not fit when they see it and hold it up to the old muffler, but trust me, it fits)

Pipe was $99 from rock auto, and it cost me $80 to have a shop weld on the muffler, new pipe, and hangers.

I checked out custom bending first, and everywhere that affordable ($100-150) was for crush-bent pipe, which robs you of power. The only place in the state of MD with a mandrel wanted $400 for a custom bent pipe. Granted they are a high performance shop that does excellent work, I wasn't about to pay that much for a tailpipe. I That's when I found the dynomax 46909, and its been great

Are you talking about the shop on Mountain Road? They told me for mandrel bent duals it'd cost like $1000.

Meh'

Maryland Muffeler on Maryland Route 3 will do it for less than that.

I think I called them when I was looking for a shop and they don't use a mandrel

Did they show you the sport trac with duals? The guy said it was the only explorer type vehicle they had done them on and i think they said that particular job cost $1300. It looked nice but not worth the money.

No, they had a vette there that they were working on. Nice stuff, but definitely not worth the money, especially on a 10 year old truck

Ditto, for that kind of money you can afford to buy a MIG welder and do it yourself.
