2002 Mountaineer Seat Swap With 2005 Mountaineer Problems

I have a 2002 Mountaineer and I just bought some near mint seats from a 2005 Mountaineer. However, the plugs for the power seats in the front on both sides are different so I can't plug them up for the seats to work.

does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve extensive electrical work?

if not, i'm just going to take the leather seat covers off the new ones and put them on the old seats.

I have the 02 Mountaineer also I bought mine May 2001 I discovered that all the parts for my suv comes from the 1998-2001 parts not the 2002-2005 parts which started production in July/August 2001. So if you check your tag identifying when your mountaineer was assembled that would be the most typical reason why your power doesn't work with the 2005 seats.
