2011 ford explorer. My warning lights fir ransome things keep going off. Anyone know how to fix? Is this safe to drive? Help..

Welcome to the Forum Kelly.
On the 5th generation Explorer a bad or weak battery can light up the dash like a "Christmas tree" as one member put it. Have the dealer or someone check for any codes that may have been stored during the process.
