2017 Explorer XLT Auto Lock issues

My passenger front and rear door locks will not automatically lock with the key fob or door buttons. Occasionally the front passenger will lock but will not unlock. Any suggestions?

Do they Auto-lock when you begin to drive? Do you have the Securicode keyless pad on the driver's door? If so have you tried that?

The auto lock will only lock the drivers front and rear locks when I put it in drive. Same with the securicode keypad on drivers side door. Otherwise. Rear passenger is definitely not locking/unlocking. Passenger front will occasionally lock but very rare. No issues with trunk release either. Seems to only be on the passenger front/ rear door locks.

If no one else has any ideas, you may have to plan a dealer visit.
