Anyone had a problem with the door locks on these cars? My wifes 2014 Explorer's passenger side door will not lock when requested by the fob or door button, it just stays in the up or down position and never locks. To clarify the door will not lock electronically or manually.
When the door is in the locked position manually you can open it from outside. When it is locked in the manual position and you open it from inside the car it lifts the lock kno to the unlock position.
If anyone has heard of anything like this is there any trouble shooting for this problem?
