2018 Explorer Rear Door Weatherstrip Replacement Help

Do I need to remove the rear doors to replace the weatherstrip Part# BB5Z-7825324-A ? It comes as one continuous piece.

Is there anywhere I can get instructions to remove/install these? Ive searched everywhere and can't find anything for these rear weatherstrips that are one continuous piece (Part No.: BB5Z-7825324-A)

I got the rear passenger side started then got stuck trying to remove the original without cutting the stripping.

Just unbolt the door check, that piece you cant get around, from the frame. Remove weather stripping, replace with new, then re bolt to frame.

You could imagine removing the whole door, but it didn't occur to you to simply pull that 1 bolt for the door check?

Did the new seals not come with the green pushpins? Why are you leaving them in the door?
