I think some of these people are responsible for quality issues at point of assembly. I'm confident that most mistakes were addressed after first quarter production however. Componants and vendor items play a factor too. I hope for the best on these new explorers!

Interesting. You could see at the 4:30 mark where the buy forgot to install the rear deflector .

When I went on a tour of the Audi plant in Ingolstadt, Germany every worker was wearing uniform coveralls and looked like a well rehearsed team. Significant difference with this facility. Wonder if all U.S. auto manufacturing is the same.
