250hp sport trac?

I'm looking to get a 03-04 sport trac but want a little more performance (not interested in turbo/sc or crate motor!!) I've done some searching and it seems the easy bolt ons that yield the best result are:
CAI
Cat back exhaust
Tune

Conservatively speaking, could 40hp at the crank be picked up w/out jumping up to premium gas?

Any other bolt ons people recommend?

No. And you're not going to get 40 hp with premium gas either.

Not necessarly true.

I picked up over 40 HP at the wheels in my 4.0 SOHC. It can be done.

Ya, look through aldive's thread... If you added an electric fan, underdrive pulleys, ect. to that list, I think it's possible.

dang, what kind of gains would I be looking at (starting at 210 crank hp) for each of the following:

A good cold air intake (KKZ or something)
A 2.5" cat back exhaust
Bama chip with the three settings (forgot the name) so I could have a 91/93 tune and reg fuel tune.

240 hp??? or way less

You should be more concerned at whats at the wheels, not the crank.
