It could be crank sensor if you are just losing spark

Could be pcm rely if you lose whole engine and fuel pump
Crank was replaced while I was doing timing job with motorcraft from RA . Pcm relay I can’t find for now , 3 stores did not have it , I ordered one on RA today. Try to find pcm relay tomorrow- I think things get worse) more often stalls. It’s kind of new issue “ stalling 2-3 times in a row and then running again for a while. I stalled 3 times within 3 minutes ride and then made it home without problems ( 4.5 miles) I am also ordered Dpfe senior from RA . Mine from eBay, mototcraft but might be counterfeit and cause an ongoing issue. I forgot if I mention: it just died no lights on dashboard goes on . I only can see oil pressure gauge goes down. With all help I am getting from all of you) I will figure it out!!! Thanks!!!!!

Diagnostic Trouble Code's. Only sensors cause codes, so i think it's a mechanical problem.
I had a problem years ago, the engine stalls only in sharp left corners, not ever but sometimes.
Very dangerous if you stay on a crossing with died engine, but it starts again as nothing happens.
The Ford shop changed the EGR valve and the differental pressure feedback electronic sensor, no more problems
anymore.
And there where no trouble codes while this happens. If an engine stalls something must be wrong with the fuel/air ratio
i believe.
Hi , I am replacing DPFE sensor, just to eliminate any chance that it might be faulty. I ordered one from RA today, mine is motorcraft but from eBay. Might be counterfeit and cause some problems. Thanks for the advice.

Hi here’s update. I replaced pcm relay and it definitely improved. It stalls only while idle. Wasn’t driving it much to say more. I think it started jerking at lower speeds. 40-45 . Today will run it for 8-10 miles to collect more data. Thanks to everyone who is with me on that journey. Max

That's a good sign. The pcm does not have power in that state.

All lights should light up like a Christmas tree when it stalls if the pcm has power. Tighten up the pcm relay sockets that the pcm relay plugs in to. A tiny bit of twist to the relay lugs will make them bite tighter.
Also do this for the fuel pump relay and socket. Hope this helps.

Do this also. Reseat both connectors

As these trucks get older I see this more and more… relays and fuses and known good but the issue is with corrosion or loose connections at the relay or fuse blades. Many times the fix is just to install and remove the fuse 50 times to “clean” the spades and as turdle said bend the tabs just a bit to ensure they fit snug

I think I celebrated too Early) I tightened up

Hi . I tightened up pcm connector on firewall. But ….. I can’t unscrew the 10 mm on the other connector the one on driver side. Both parts Tighten to each other ( I did timing job coupe of years ago and maybe overnight it . 10 mm just keep spinning.

Hi . I bent the tabs , wiggled all wires, removed both relays 50 times each. Took it for a spin and it started stalling while idle first and then stalled at traffic light and didn’t want to start for a few attempts. Same two dash lights going on. Eventually it started and I could made it home . It still jerks . I feel that we moving in a right direction with pcm connections and wiring around relays. When I replaced pcm relay it run for 10-15 minutes and I felt like we overcame it but it started stall again. Today after wiggling relays it was running 10-15 minutes and then stalling again.

Check the connections on interior fuses
Fuse 19 is suspect as it delivers power to the pan relay

Next time it stalls look see if the check engine light is illuminated?

Hi . check engine light not flashing/ working since I got the car 5 years ago ( newer have time to replace it ) . I took fuse 19 and it was rusted or covered with some sort of gunk so I replaced fuse and . I also removed and installed in 50 times to clean the area where it sits. Car still run horrible, jerks at 40 miles per hour and I hear spark knock time to time. But it runs. I was driving it for 15 miles trip and it stalled ones at traffic light while idling, rpm just started jumping and it stalled. I started it and made it home 3.5 miles without any stalling. It’s definitely improved on stilling. What else can I check? Thanks a lot for assisting!

I was just asking if the cel is illuminated when the truck stalls… if it’s on then you have power to the computer
If the light is not on then it’s likely you are losing power to the computer… which is why we checked fuse 19

If 19 had corrosion on the pins then it’s likely the rest of them in the interior fuse
Box do too …

I will clean them all on this days. Can I use Crc qd cleaner on them? Or not? I also see that rest of the fuses not responsible for engine performance.

So you said the check engine light has not worked in 5 years

You really need to change the bulb in that check engine light!!!
