Swapped from 2 wheel drive knuckles to 4x4. Now I have negative camber and no more adjustment on the cam bolts. 2x4 and 4x4 Upper control arms share the same part number as well as lowers. What happened? Are the control arm brackets on the frame in different locations for the 4x4? I didn't lift the truck or adjust the torsion bars.

Same locations

I’ve done this conversion a few times, any torsion spring rwd can be converted to 4wd

Mounts are in same place
Not sure what happened! Are you using aftermarket camber shims or the factory bolts/‘spacers? Thinking maybe you got the factory bolts and spacers mixed up? Judy a guess

Should be same as the rwd setup!! The mounts in the frame are same rwd to 4wd

It has cam bolts.

If you changed upper control arms, you might have them crossed , left arm on right side maybe?
I installed new uppers back when it had 2x4 knuckles and used part numbers per Napa to appoint the part to its proper location. It was alignable til I switched knuckles. Passenger side is worse than driver side as far as negative camber

When we switch these trucks from the two piece to one piece upper on the passenger side you must install camber shims and bolts

Not sure if this is what you currently have in there, with these they should be able to align it

Plus or Minus 2 degrees

Any parts store can get shim kits make sure they are the 2 degree ones

If you already have these and it’s stil - camber then something is fishy

Mine look like those. Not sure if those allow more adjustment than mine or not, but mine are maxed out.
