Uhhh... where are you looking?
There's only a handful of mods you can do to a 5.0L.
Air intake, throttle body, upper intake, lower intake, intake spacer, cam, rockers, headers, coil packs, plugs and wires, exhaust, stroker kits, programmer, gears, shift kits... and on and on and on.

Well I have a MAC cold air intake and was thinking about doing the exhaust system next but I cant shell out 700$ for the torque monster headers. Is there any other headers that will fit?

FMS did make a header which will "fit". I cannot say they will last long, or work well , but from what I read on the forums here they fit.

If you can't afford $700 for headers, then it's best to save your money so you can. These things are so easy to make power it's not funny. But it's also not free...or even cheap. Power costs money...no getting around it.

Yeah, what he said. I've waited 3 years for them and it's finally going to happen this summer.
Right now:
Upgrade your exhaust.
Get some custom tuning.
(I think you said you have an air intake already. That's a must have too).
Those are quick fixes to awaken your 5.0 Explorer which is tuned for the soccer mom generation. I found the 5.0 VERY sluggish when I came over from my SOHC Explorer. Not anymore, and I don't even have the headers yet.

Your never going to make any serious power without a set of headers, and that's all there is to it.

Yup the awesome factory manifolds are CHOKING your power making abilities
3 into 1 port the size of my PINKY = a 2.0L 4 banger would have a hard time making power through these suckers
