a new list of problems

i have a 1993 x and i have a new list of problems i need help/advice with.
i have what my friend says a trans servo leak. how do i go about replaceing that?
Also i need to try and find out what codes 618,718 and 918 are.
and im getting this wierd sputter once and a while and it getting worse.
I think this one vaccum line may be off but i cant even find the line that hooked up to the vacum tree.
does anyone have a diagram?

If you have an open connection on the tree, get another piece of line and plug it until you figure out where it goes.

yeah i already did that, it ran like crap so i had to do something temporarly
