I'll be driving along and go to brake like normal and my ABS will kick on for no reason to a point were i can't stop.

Also under hard braking my Parking Brake light will come on and then go off after i've stopped.

check your fluid level and the wear on your friction material

The reason your ABS activates is most commonly dirty Wheel Speed Sensors remove them but be gentle they become fragile with age, once there out clean them up with a wire brush and it will work like new! and the light is most likely a fluid level prob, level sensor is probably in the rear of the resivoir and as you jit the brakes really hard the fluid sloshes to the front. now before adding fluid check the pads and shoes, low fluid is usually a sign that the breaks are worn.(takes more fluid to fill the calipers as pads wear down)
hope this info gets you all fixed up! good luck

If it is a safety issue, removing the ABS fuse might work until you can find a permanent solution.
