:frustrate I'm think I'm out at this point.

Just don't have the experience or faith to be taking everything apart to make it ready in time (time that is in short supply). Probably run of the mill fun for some, but I just haven't crawled under vehicles much yet and may not have the tools to do so and $ has been flying too much lately as it is.

Maybe I could trade it in and buy a more capable vehicle within 2 weeks and have a better chance perhaps heh

We've thrown on towhooks before a runmany times. hell if i have an inverter by them i bet muskrat will do it @ carlisle during the show, he'd do it.

I will help also. I hav a complete tool box, two actually sine they all won't fit in one. Just need someone to bring a drill and some bits.

hell yeah, get me a good 9/16, cheap drill bit, I'll bring the speedway, and yeah, if we can power the beast, I'll do it during the show, I have no qualms with that, I may be working on my 4wd during it too. I'll do what it takes tyo get you on the trail on Saturday, if worse comes to worse, we can do it at the campgound

Is there anyone in Northern nj or somewhere around it that would want to follow me to the show, im leaving around 12 or 1 in the afternoon on friday, i live in essex county

yo 98sport,..we got 2 trucks leaving out of Bergen county some time fri. i gotta check with ExplorerNJ. i would guess we are leaving around the same time. Maybee we can meet up some were.

I talked to mike (98sport) last night, and i've talked to and chris (98fordx24) about traveling together. If any one else wants to meet up lmk i was there last year and remember how to get there.

Ill meet up with some people if its easy and if you guys dont mind going with the flow of traffic. I won't be doing 90-100 down the highway. The last thing I can afford right now is a ticket, especially away from home like that.

Chris, you'll be going past Hazleton Im guessing, if so, you mind if I follow you down, my blind @$$ still aint that good on the road yet.... and if your not gonna fly down that would work out good, Maybe we could hook up with doug and whoever is with him somewhere down south of here.

yeah, i dont mind hooking up with everyone else. i cant go that fast with 35s.... though i shouldn't say anything like that after the rally. lets hear it for a sas'ed vehicle one on 33s, one on 36s and a couple of other trucks booking along @ 90+ mph up rt 81. I usually just cruise @ 70 on the highway.

That works. I think I'm gonna be going right past your exit anyway. Now, if we get lost on our way to Carlisle I'm still gonna be in the same boat I was in before. I suck at reading maps and you cant even see them.

If anyone else wants to meet at Lizards and go with us that would be good. The more people we get lost with the more options I have to blame someone else.

Fug, if your goin out 78 or whatever that highway is, maybe we could meet you down 81 someplace.... dont know where... but someplace.... it would probably be out of the way for anyone else to come up past my house, so we could just meet ppl along the way, as long as we all have cell phones we could coordinate something.

10 am sounds fine for me, could use a nice convoy. 81 and 78 aren't probally the best place to meet since Carlisle's like 10 miles from there anyway, might as well meet up there. Chris, well, I guess both of you, as long as you take 81 south, make a right at 78, and, well, you're there. Actually, I think 81 merges with 78 and is still called 81. We'll figure something out.

Well, now that I look at a map I guess 81 intersects it earlier than I thought it did. Depending on how many people go it will be hard to say when we'll get there since some people might come late (hopefully I won't be that guy.

oh yeah... one more thing, I talked to someone that goes there often, he said to get off at exit 48, its usually empty, no congestion, and its really easy to get to the show from there, just get off 81, make a right, head strait down that road, it comes right out at the show.

That's good, 'cause last year was insane with the ammount of cars going in and out of that place. Although it was kind of cool to just cruise
