Planning on replacing the adjusters soon and I was looking under the X today and noticed the adjusting bolt on the passenger side was ****eyed at an angle while the drivers side was straight up and down. This doesn't seem right to me, I really don't need anything flying off in my face when I start this!

So what is your question? If the passanger side should be crooked? No it should not. I would try and investigate to why it is like that.

Yup, that was the question.

I was just wondering what the problem might be or what would have caused it. I'm not sure if the end of the bolt slid off the end of the adjuster. Like I said earlier, I don't want to find out the hard way!

If the torsion bar on that side was a little bit weaker, when setting the preload at the factory, they would have had to crank it a little farther to set the ride height. It's nothing to worry about IMHO.
