I have a '96 Ranger Super cab with a SLA kit and a G2 Dana44 front axle and an '03 Ranger Fx4 L2 rear axle on 33's. I have about 6 inches of lift using EB springs in the front and scyjacker springs in the rear. A 1994 Explorer XL 4x4, AC, auto, and manual transfercase. Oh, and a 13 month old son and a 28 year old girlfriend.

The ranger isn't going to meet the family wheeling needs. So my plan is to swap the wheels axles andsuspension components from the ranger to the explorer. Does anything there through up any red flags?

Any parts for the SAS that were welded to the frame on the Ranger obviously won't be easily swappable to the Ex. Plan on either replicating those parts or spending some time under there with a grinder to get them off (also make sure things aren't so modified on the Ranger that you can't put the stuff you take off the Ex on it if you plan to keep it as a running vehicle to sell).
