At my wits end

Hello everyone,This is my only hope,I have a 95 ranger .the mounts for the rear shackles have rusted off.you can say i got an instant low rider.I have search the net and could not find any place with these part. any help would be much appreciated thanks.
is this something I have to go through FORD to get

has any one ever had this happen. found them $25 a pop.went to the dealer Duh!!!!
