Broken bolts in the manifold.

My 98 Explorer 5.0L AWD XLT Broke Both Front Intake Manifold bolts when I was trying to pull the intake. What Is the best way to remove these Broken bolts with the heads still on and engine still in truck. Bolt has been drilled out with a left handed drill bit. Still can't get it to bite on to pull old broken bolt out. Any ideas? Thanks for your time

You need to pull the heads before you bugger the threads up.
