Kicking around the idea of an SAS on my X. It seems like most guys suggest a Bronco D44 and I have a line on a '78. I haven't had time to see it and measure, can someone tell me will the D44 and 9" need to be shortened or can they be run as is?

thanks Turdle

It's too bad but I can't see getting away with the width. The cops will shut that down in no time and I don't want some goofy looking flares/flaps to keep it legal.

Look at Stic-o's full width swap. Running the proper offset will bring the tires in

Or, in my signature is a link to my early bronco dana 44 swapped truck. I am learning this stuff also, so someone else has to answer the technical stuff.
