Brookline New Hampshire run November 30th

mapquest gives me an estimate of upwards of 2.5 hours. wuss. :p last time Outrun84 came with an ailing transmission. he dented his gas tank (according to fred it's now aa 17 gallon sport tank), and had to go home early when his tranny was slipping. ya know what he said? "IT WAS STILL WORTH IT!!"

i salute ya, jon!

the trails arent hard enough to break anything. you can break stuff if you wanted to drive over the stuff that the sammaruis and HUGE jeeps do, but your in a stock explorer, its understandable. come out and check it out, if you dont wanna drive there is 4 empty seats in every explorer. and by the way, i just went on a run to mahwah NJ to go offroading (that was harder than this is) and i didnt even bring a spare tire. come on up dude!

dontcha hate when that happens? :banghead:

I hope you can make it Mike. I am looking forward to meeting you and everyone else that will be there.

Sweet dude....maybe all of us from CT can get together and go up together. Hopefully some of the other Connecticut members will be interested and want to come too :D

as long as you're not afraid to get it dirty... :p why are CT cars the cleanest around?! wimps. :D

lol because unlike the rest of you guys, we pay so much money for taxes we take care of our cars :p No but really there are like no Trails in CT, as i grow older my hate for connecticut grows with me!

trust me there are plenty of "cute cultural" villages that have plenty high taxes!! that's one reason i rent. ;)

on the 30th?? i still have mud spots INSIDE my truck from the last run! :D bring it on!

i didn't make it a half-inch away from a jagged rock unscathed without looking out my window. if i don't get my truck dirty, you have to go the entire time with your windows up ;)

Hey should I take off my nerf bar step deals. I am running a 2" TT with Shackles and AAL leaf in the rear on 31" BFG's. Is there anything there that I will crush the nerf bars on?

i went with no lift, and was also the only one there with running boards still on. they got scraped, but didn't slow me down. i think you'll be cool with them on. take them off if you want to, though; there are different routes around some powerlines. maybe without them you can go up more difficult paths.

I really dont want to take them off since it is cold out and I am lazy. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't brake them.

I'm still running my p235/75r15 tires. They're good BFGs, but small - about 29"

I'm going to install my shackles, and maybe do the TT if I have time to get an alignment. (Might have to if i need to do balljoints/hubs/CVs). At any rate - the running boards are coming OFF!! Gerald busted his board the first time he went wheeling, I'd like to keep them intact for off-trail use.

Guys/Gals - post your lift/tire size mods here so we can get an idea of the trucks that are going.
