Hello, I have an 07 EB 4.6L V8 explorer. It seems to bump right before I stop or when showing down under 10 mph, it's almost like someone is rear ending me. It also shifts rough from only 1st to 2nd. Heard reprogramming the transmission can help this issue, but I don't want to drop a load at the dealer. Thanks for any input
