Stic-o is the center of your axle in the center of your wheel well, is that what you mean by 4" up?

No. my axle sits a little forward of where iot was originally. Factory wheelbase is 111". Mine is 115" now:D

Sweet ok I looked like you didn’t have any issues with it, from what I saw at truckhaven.

P.S. sorry about all the dumb?s.:D

I pushed mine forward about 4" as well. If you dont push the axle forward when you do the swap the tires will rub bad in the back of the wheel well. There is only so much you can cut back till you have to start cutting the floor board.

If I was going to get a bender I would probably get an pro tools 105 hd. The hd has thicker arms that are less likly to bend. JD2 also makes a good bender that is simlar to protools. JMR makes a sweet one but is more expensive however it is rated to bend the most. mtech also has a bender as well. I belive tdavis has a protool, jefe has i think has a jd2, and DB1 has one from mtech supply.

Well pro tools it is then i liked the HB 302 10 Ton.

2nd on the protools bender, check over at www.xtremecrawlers.com He seems to have good prices on them over there and www.offroadfabnet.com has alot of good info and a few people selling used units from time to time.
I would also look in to the bendtech software, most of the guys over at OFN swear by it cause with the pro level software you can bend up a whole cage with it on the computer and it will give you all the bend locations after you calibrate it to the bender dies, I also hear that one of the versions will also print you out notching templates for what ever assembly you make on it, for the bend tech get ahold of a OFN member named Fabcam

Edit: Never mind I was just on the phone with my buddy Henry; he said he would do my cage for a case of beer. He suggested cutting the top off then reattaching it, what you guys think it’s not going to be a DD anymore.

Psssstt........Hey chris....you know that Amex card.....You have to pay that back;)

Just want to make sure you knew:p:

Just ordered tires got a killer deal on mtr's $900 out the door, they should be here next week.
