Check Your Fan Blade!!!!!

The fan isn't rubbing now, not even close to rubbing. But you can see on the ends of the blades where its been hitting something enough to wear off the tips. Its weird. I can't even find any area on the shroud that matches the blades to know where it was hitting. Im contemplating having a metal shroud made to match the new fan location since the body lift. I've gotten to know a couple of sheet metal places here since I began working with Boeing, so it shouldn't be hard to take the old plastic shroud to them and ask if they can make it out of sheet metal.

Make sure the engine and tranny mounts are good? Could be rocking in the mounts…?
