I have 2015 Explorer with the 3.5 L non turbo V6 and noticed that the coolant level goes down slightly over time. More specifically, it goes down about 1/2 to 1" over a three to six month period in the overflow container. I know the cooling system is a closed loop system, so I'm wondering if this is normal or not for this particular engine?
