I don't own anything with a hood long enough to fit a 6.7 inline 6. It does look like an impressive engine though.
Take the passenger seat out so the motor can ride shotgun.
Depends on what the engine will be used in. The godzilla is a great fleet engine in things like a u haul. If I had a 40 foot box truck and was forced to run it on gasoline, it would have the cummins under the hood.
Honestly I'm curious to know it's mileage, they managed to keep the hp to torque ratio of a diesel about the same, so is the mileage any better than your usual inline 6 gasser and what not?
Honestly I have to agree for the typical build! Though it would be fun to say I have a cummins in whatever vehicle, show someone too, then see their reaction as i throw 87 octane in the tank lmao

Hard to answer without a BSFC map. I'm not seeing one online yet.
The R2.8 is the equivalent of the 4.0 sohc in the cummins lineup. A 4bt is just getting broke in when the plastic timing parts on the R2.8 are letting go.I’d take a Cummins 4bt or 2.8l anyday stick it in a bronco ii or sport trac
But inline 6 is for big trucks maybe a full size bronco
