D30 2wd to 4wd conversion ...95' XLT

OK , been researching lots on SAS's over the past year...got a few questions...

please do not say just buy a 4wd truck and then do it...in other words my truck is perfect besides the lifters...not one in town in the same condition with 200,x..+ miles like...

I want to be like Robb with the D30 swap cause there easier to get a hold of around this area...

I know I need a YJ assembly ...I want to do leafs ...

now for transmission... do I get a 5R55E...4x4 tranny...??

transfer case and shifter ....do I use the jeep ones?? or ford ones?

I know I have to get F250 shock towers and spring hangers

transmission and driveshafts cont...
does the X's 5R55E come with the tailhousing I need and can it hook to my factory rear shaft...and as far as the front do I need some sort of fabricated one...

then theres shocks, SOA for the Rear...and Tires...axle rebuild I suppose...

what else am I missing...??? as far as parts go to do the swap/conversion ...I may be getting some kinda of second driver so ...i'm going to need something to do this summer...and this X is just begging for height...no heavy wheeling for me just backyard fun/small trails ...so it will do...

IIRC, you'll need a whole different trans as the tailshaft is different and needs to go in through the other end of the housing... But don't quote me on that... I'm no expert...
