what year model dana 30 is good for solid axle swap. its daily driver

I saw someone on here used a Cherokee HP30, it's the strongest out of all of them as far as I know. I'm pretty sure most 90s cherokees had them.

Through 99 had the high pinion front axle. How big of tires are you planning on running on your Ex, the 30 will probably handle up to a 33in tire on an Explorer with all of the weight then you'll want to step up to a D44.

go with the D44 to begin with, don't waste your time with the 30. You are going to outgrow it quickly.
