Digital AC Control

Does anyone know if i can change my manual AC controls to the digital controls? Ive searched and couldnt find any threads on this subject? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW i have a 97 XLT V6 with SOC.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmm thats some serious tech there, the HVAC controls are some cables, some vacuum solenoids and the rest is wiring, so you are kinda in uncharted waters.

Best thing to do is research, compare the earleir stuff to the newer stuff
May be ALOT of work for LITTLE gain...

yea, there was a write up on it a while ago, but i dont have the link. I was gonna do it to my 92, even bought the control head and everything. Then I realized it prob wouldnt work on a first gen and gave up so if you need a control head, i got mine for $60, but ill let u have it for $50 (shipping included) just send me a PM if youre interested. It would be good to see pics of the results if you did manage to get it to work.
